Upon request, PAOLONI offers also a 4-head version with conveyor belts and brushes 600mm or 800mm wide. With its pneumatic actuators, this machine represents the first process of a professional pre-finishing industrial line.

For those wishing to make use of the complete set of optional brushes, you can choose from 3 kind of steel wires (for lighter or deeper brushing), 3 grits of Tynex / Nylon (from the hardest 36, the intermediate 60, to the softer 120, which is used to clean the grain of the wood after the steel brush treatment). Finally, there are scotch brite brushes that delicately melt and prefinish the oils or hardwaxe oils, or the cotton brush to perform wood polishing jobs.
